Information you provide to us
Vitano collects and processes the following information: name, surname and patronymic of the user (customer), e-mail address and telephone number. We only collect data that you provide to us voluntarily. For example, we may collect personal information (data from your publicly available social network profile) in order to obtain feedback from you about our services, or we may request information about your location in order to register on the site, to provide services or to participate in promotions. You have the right not to provide us with this information, but if you do so, our site and services may not function properly or some of their functionality may not be available.
 In addition, when you visit our websites, we may receive certain information about you automatically. This information may include: your IP address, your computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, your device type, the unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) of your mobile device, the address of the site where the link about us was placed and information about the pages you visit on our website.

Mobile Devices and Location Information

Method and place of personal information processing
Method of processing Personal information is processed using computers and (or) means of automation in accordance with procedures and methods that meet the purposes of data collection. In some cases, the personal information collected may be made available to certain categories of Vitano's (Data Controller) responsible for the operation of the website (such as administration, sales, marketing, call centre, legal, system administrators) or to third parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal service providers, hosting service providers, information technology providers, communication service providers), which we instruct to carry out the processing where necessary. You can additionally request a list of these persons from us.
Place of data processing
Data is processed at Vitano's operating offices and other locations where the parties involved in processing the data are located. You should contact us (data controller and database owner) for further information.

Use of personal information
For the purpose of providing services, your personal information may be used and processed internally by Vitano. Any use of your personal information within Vitano is in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
